Opinions - Some advice if possible!!?

Hey all!!
SWIM has recently started to take "speed" recreationally after a long time of abstinance, and loves it, but does have a concern. SWIM has consumed approx 1/4 oz of street Amph since Fri' evening, and it is now Sun' evening, has had very little sleep, again approx 4 hrs and very little to eat. Earlier this afternoon SWIM thought it a good idea to try to have a nap before going off to work for 6 hrs. SWIM was lay in bed, trying to relax but still quite wired and certainly not asleep when a sudden jerk ran through his body with much force, SWIM can only really describe the sensation as what a seizure or convulsion must feel like!! This has never happened to SWIM before, even when in the past he has consumed far greater amounts!! SWIM tried not to dwell on this and tried to remain calm, and much to his surprise went off to a light sleep briefly afterwards. SWIM would like to know if anyone has ANY info' regarding what happened, naturally he is quite concerned!!
As said above ANY info' would be greatly appreciated!!

a quarter ounce? that is seven grams!!! for the record the hardest core user that stoney knows could only do about two grams a day , and that is totaly too much at that , so if you are sure about the amounts , stoney says it would be so hard on the body that jerks and near strokes and or real heart attacks could be expected.

a little bit of jerk during sleep has happened to ______but he has it only happen mildly . and because he had done a lot less.

Obviously strength of product varies greatly, so SWIM's gear could potentially be far weaker than what u describe!! For SWIM's sake I hope it's nothing too serious, but as said before, has never had anything like this, maybe just mild anxiety attacks which is to be expected really. I think SWIM is seriously hoping there is no repeat occurances this evening!!

yeah the stuff that its cut with is worse in most cases than the actual amphetamine. its the cut that is causing the side effects. stoner says to not put so much garbage into the body, garbage in is garbage out.
