wiretapping of text messaging?? And other q's
Is this possible?
SWIM assume it would but not sure. What causes police to wiretap a certain person, OTHER THAN police encounters? Do they just pick random people? Will police continue to wiretap SWIM if they once did before a charge came up? Even if SWIM changes number and carrier?? SWIM is just curious about the wiretapping thing and wants to see what others have to say about it, anything interesting about it, SWIM wanna hear it. Thank you for responses.
