Oral use - Oxymorphone Question Reply Quick Plz

SWIM got his/her hands on two 20mg opanas. He/she is scared as shit to take one. If swallowed orally, leaving the whole pill in tact, is there still a euphoric effect? SWIM hates snorting.

Swim would suggest breaking one of the pills in half and then ingest. Oxymorphone has a very low bioavailability when taken orally, maybe 10%, so realistically swiy could probably take the whole pill or even both. Swim wouldn't take more then one at first though. Just see how swiy feels and then go from there. If swiy chooses to snort it, that is a different story as oxymorphone has a high bioavailability when insuflatted. If swiy chooses to go that route swim would suggest snorting at max 10mgs.
