help needed about coc testing

A friend of a friend of mine is on probation and has to sumbit to a urine test on monday (they test for every metabolite possible)...on tuesday night he did a gram of cocaine while drinking alcohol. this started at mindnight and ended at 5AM wed. morning. He has done tons of research regarding all coc metabolites including Cocaethylene and has not come up with a clear answer as to how long those can be detected for (some journals say 1-4 days some books have said testable in urine up to 6wks)...and horror stories about people failing 4 weeks later for very minimal use...he has been drinking plenty of spring water and cranberry juice and took a 2-day permanent detox kit from a website that included an herbal pill and "test'in"...does he have anything to worry about ? what else can he do?
