is it the adderall?

lately this past week, swims been very moody and angry. and very very lazy. swim only takes his prescribed amount which is 20 mg a day, which does close to nothing. he has yelled at his parents and friends cussing them out telling them how worthless they are and has been abandoning lots of people and just sitting in one spot glued to the computer. is the adderall causing this?
