Cravings

My cheetah is forcing herself to do without amph for a few days - as the world's fastest land mammal you could argue she doesn't need it... but with it she can run 130 kilometres an hour and do loads of art and generally feel fast but oddly serene, like an accelerated Buddha...
Anyway she is looking for any suggestions as to dealing with cravings. She can't do speed at work even though she wants to because her work includes a combo of public speaking and security type work ie either bored wandering about the art gallery where she works or about to give a talk to a load of disinterested school kids about modern art, which means there's lots of natural adrenalin running around her system never mind the synthetic kind...
What kind of works is finding things to do which are either fun or mentally challenging/absorbing to act as distraction, or doing some exercise (this REALLY helps for a couple of hours at least).
Trouble is she can't always do this for example at work as described before or on the bus or whatever. And although she feels fine physically (she reckons the extreme tiredness happens later) other than feeling a bit uncomfy in her own skin (almost like wearing the wrong one, and with gravity exerting way too much pull) the cravings can be overwhelming (and frequent) that they make her feel dizzy and it's hard to concentrate on anything...
By the way my feline friend is forcing herself to do without because she is running low and would rather try to without for a while than be totally out...
Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks
