I made a post in the law and order section detailing SWIM and his roommates getting busted for weed. However SWIM also had 50 HBWR seeds in his wallet and the cop found them while he was extensively searching because he thought for sure SWIM was the owner of the previously mentioned weed. SWIM made the mistake of explaining exactly what they are and what they're used for, instead of just saying that they were seeds. The cop confiscated them and told SWIM that they would be tested and looked up, if they are legal then SWIM will get them back. The cop then gave the seeds to his partner. His partner said that she will test the seeds for any illegal chemicals and if the seeds contain illegal chemicals she will destroy them. SWIM told her right off the bat that they contained LSA. But now SWIM is confused because he read that while it is illegal to consume the seeds it is perfectly fine to possess them.

The cop that found the seeds also seemed excited about them when SWIM told them they are legal and wrote down the site that SWIM said he ordered the seeds from. SWIM thinks he may be a dirty pig who will keep the seeds for himself. so SWIM would just like to know if the cops can do that, destroy the seeds just because they contain an illegal chemical, or if its likely at all that SWIM will get his expensive seeds back.
