Snorting - snorting black tar

First off, thanks for all the help with SWIM's heroin related questions
You guys have been really helpful

Anyways
here in Phoenix, the only thing available is tar. swims been smoking it but he's always wanted to snort H but can't get any china white.
SWIM's friend told him a good way to do this is to put some water in a spoon, put a little piece of black in the water, and crush it up with the end of a bic pen/stir it around until it completely dissolves
and then snort the water.

SWIM has tried it and felt it hit him within about 5 minutes. It worked pretty well, but he was already high from smoking it.
Does anyone else have any experience snorting tar this way, or any other way?
Does it work for you guys and how wasteful is it compared to smoking it?

and lastly, what is "Cheese". SWIM heard making cheese somehow turns black tar into a snortable powder
how would swim make that?
