Injecting - Trouble hitting vains

Swim has had trouble hitting vains. swim gets it once in awhile. But most of time swim just bruses his arm. Dose anyone know the safest and proper way to shoot. swim asking for any help. Just wants to be safe while swimming. thank you all for comments.

Swim is alittle experinsed in doing it. swims vains are deep and small. they blow easy. Swim has been on staroids for asthma and herd that they case vains to blow easy. Can any swimmer post a link to safe injection.
