Deciding to move from 25 mg Adderall XR to double that (50 mg). What to expect?

SWIM (who is also new to this site) has started using addies again and now they are losing their effect, so she has decided to take two at once (or something along those lines).

Probably going to crush them up first.

Anyways, what can SWIM expect from this higher dosage? SWIM is 5'6" and 121 lbs, just to give you the body type that will be absorbing the Adderall.

Also, if taking two sounds like a stupid idea, does anyone have any suggestions for increasing the effects of Adderall XR 25 mg?
