Oral use - How do you ingest red rock opium

SWIM is normally an everyday pill popper, but has recently run into opium. SWIM has tried to smoke red rock opium in a regular weed pipe but smoked a rock the size of an eraser end and felt nothing. SWIM is wondering if making tea is an option? the threads on swallowing the rocks have scared SWIM into ruling that out. any suggestions would be appreciated. SWIM really wants to get high and is tired of wasting rocks!

Sorry, but that's Dragon's Blood, a palm tree resin that's burnt as an incense. There is some evidence it MIGHT contain a few alkaloids, but nothing significant. And while prices are never discussed, nobody is at liberty to say it costs VERY little compared to what it was sold for. Time for new business associates.

But hey, ya got some lovely resin, burn it on a charcoal brick (incense type NOT cooking), or in tin foil on a low burner. Make your house smell lovely.
