Drug info - Tolerance to GHB with Gabapentin ?

Hello.
Swim decide to stop his usage of GHB two weeks ago to experiment if he suffer dependance or not.
His daily usage was about 12g of NaGHB (taken from 5PM to 1AM). Swim suffer from unlike dopaminergic rebound and so stop his daily usage.
During this period swim suffer sometimes anxiety but don't like benzodiazepine and so use gabapentin (and sport) to counteract his anxiety. Daily usage of Gabapentin in the second week went from 3x400mg to 7x800mg (tolerance to gabapentin come very fast and stay for life...).

Swim use NaGHB yesterday and begin with little dosage (1g) to avoid surprise.
Nothing happens.
Swim raise carefully his dosage up to 3.5g (Swim was usually smash down with 2.7g, his optimum dosage). Nothing happens but an headache and gastric discomfort.

Swim does'nt understand. NaGHB was from the same batch he himself synthetised and store carefully (powder NaGHB store in a tigh container in the fridge).
How gabapentin may influence his tolerance to NaGHB ?

Swim use 6g of NaGHB on the course of the day and suddenly go in a coma style snooze of 20 minutes at the office.
Don't understand. Nerver happend to swim.
Office friends were scared.
Swim will not doing that again.
And will not die too.
Ever.
