Dihydrocodeine in Ireland
Nobody wonders if dihydrocodeine is available OTC in Ireland. Nobody has asked at a couple of pharmacies, but he just gets blank stares. It doesn't help that practically all the pharmacy counters in Dublin seem to be staffed by non-pharmacist, non-native English speakers. Solpadeine and Nurofen (codeine/caffeine/APAP and codeine/ibuprofen) seem always available, but not Paramol (dihydroc. plus APAP).
