Oral use - Need ideas on preparing Kava Kava

SWIM is thinking of purchasing some kava kava root powder but needs to know how he is going to prepare it before he purchases it.

SWIM knows about the long forums about the classical mixing and straining methods already.

SWIM lives in a dorm with no areas for cooking other than a microwave and no area to strain. SWIM am curious if there are any ways to prepare kava kava for oral consumption using powders without blenders, strainers, or a stove top?

(I know, it's a tall order)
