Nutritional Requirements for an Addict

swim has been consuming opiates for quite some time now (aprox. 2.5 years) and has some concerns about swims health. swim has been feeling shitty lately and it also has been persisting into swims high so it is not withdrawl related. Swim is also a diabetic so he does check his blood sugar and is convinced it has nothing to do with his diabetes. swim was wondering if cronic use of opiates has any sort of negative health associations besides the obvious immune system effects.

should swim be taking any sort of supplements, vitamins or any sort of substance to help swims body handle all the opies. im not talking potentiation, im talking positive bodily function?

any sort of precursers to nuerotransmitters? anything?

thanks everyone!
