Health - Feeling quesey while tapering

SWIM is doing a fairly gradual taper down from 400mg tramadol and 240mg DHC a day and is now down to 50mg tram and 90mg DHC. Thing is SWIM has been feeling queasy every morning for the past couple of weeks, not actually being ill just a very unsettled feeling and not pleasent at all. Is this common when coming off? SWIM thought you got proper sick.
SWIM's doc thinks its a stomach virus or food poisoning but SWIM thinks he's full of shit... Also SWIm does not want to tell doc he's tapering as his script may be cancelled and he likes to keep a stash for when the day comes that shit for brains doc will make him come off at his pace not SWIMs.
Thoughts on a bus ticket ?

I personally never feel queasy when coming off of opiates but other people do. A little Marijuana could go a long way to helping that out or maybe some dimenhydrinate. Also Ginger would be a great natural way to help. They make these ginger gummi type things that help settle my stomach and they arent hard to find at any grocery store around here anyway.

Neither has SWIM in the past but he admits he's been bang on it for a few months now and it's a tolerence dropping taper to bring back the magic. I'll try the ginger approach, thanks for that.

SWIM's stomach gets uneasy after a binge. He tends to feel a little sick and there's all kinds of activity down their (gurgling). He thinks it's mild withdrawal. It's lasted over a week for SWIM when he just stops suddenly. Since SWIY's doing long-term tapering it might be prolonging it.
