Lightbulb Experiment W/ Lucid "Dream Booster" Supplement Among Others, and a Few Questions

SWIM will experiment tonight with a combo of the following:

Calea Zacatechichi, Mugwort Extract, Wild Lettuce Extract, Passionflower Extract, Green Tea Extract, L-5-Hydrotryptophan (L-5-HTP), Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), Vinpocetine, Melatonin, Hops, Valerian, Skullcap, Wormwood and Marijuana. All washed down after dinner with a protein shake - chock full of ammino acids.

The first nine in this list are part of a single supplement that suggests it enhances sleep and dreaming. SWIM can't give the name of the product or where to get it, but SWIY can figure it out. The Hops, Valerian, and Skullcap were taken in pill form. The Wormwood and Marijuana will be smoked in bed as usual.

SWIM had one beer 5 hours ago. No more alcohol was consumed. SWIM has had experience with Lucid Dreaming in the past and intends to see if this herbal combination will aid in a successful Lucid Dream. Anything SWIM experiences will be reported in a comment below.

Has SWIY ever had any experience with a "Dream Boosting" suppplement? If so did SWIY find it helpful?

Those interested in Lucid Dreaming are directed to the book "The Art of Dreaming" by Carlos Castaneda. SWIM gave Mr. Bob a copy and he found it a wonderful read.

---------------------------------------------------------

Experiment conclusions:

Nothing. No memory of dreams if there were any. SWIM was quite high before sleep and remembers falling asleep, but no dreams.

What a bust.
