Calcium Channel Blockers
SWIM has been put on two blood pressure medicines: an ace inhibitor and a calcium channel blocker.

SWIM was wondering if kava would have any reactions to the calcium channel blocker (some kavalactones being calcium channel blockers to begin with).

SWIM has experimented some and doesn't think it effects him that much.

Does swiy mean the Kava didn't affect him very much, or does he mean that the combination of the Kava and the medications didn't result in any bad effects?

Here is some information on side effects. So long as you don't experience any of that, it may be relatively safe. It would be good to look into it some more though.
