Marijuana, Nitrous Oxide, Ketamine and MDMA

Strange trip but made swim vomit. Would this be because of the mix or the swallowing of drips?

Swim doesn't usually swallow any drips, especially ketamine as swim knows that the stomach doesn't like this much

Swim could not even smoke weed again on the come down, made swim vomit more.

Doses - 1/8 ounce of weed, 1 balloon/canister of Nitrous Oxide, 1 gram of ketamine and just over 2/3 gram of mdma.

Swim had a full gram of mdma and mixed it with the k lines. Unfortunately swim entered the trip hole before finishing the mdma and somehow thought it'd be a good idea to give the rest away whilst feeling holey

Re: Marijuana, Nitrous Oxide, Ketamine and MDMA

Any drug that affects Serotonin or 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptors will indirectly affect the emetic center (or nausea center) of the brain. There are a couple of possibilities that may be the reason behind SWIYs dilemma. The first has already been stated with 5-HT stimulation of the emetic center. The second possibility is that SWIY just over did it. Another possibility is perhaps SWIY was getting the flu. Or finally and by far the worst of any of these, possible serotonin syndrome.

For the most part, nausea from mdma usually occurs at the onset. However, continual or post peak nausea is not unheard of. Ketamine has an emetic response in many users, but this response is usually black or white. Either one often becomes nauseous with its use or one never really has a problem. Nitrous oxide has a huge occurrence of emesis in many people, SWIM included.

If this is a recurring problem for SWIY, than perhaps one may want to examine the possibilities a bit more closely. If however this was just a one time deal, SWIY probably has little to be concerned about.
