Sexual - Tramadol and Viagra combination

My friend has used Tramadol to overcome his premature ejaculation but on some occassions he has had a problem with maintaining his erection. Can he use viagra alongside tramadol ? .

Viagra always gave swim the worst migraine headaches!

It is known that opiates and synthetic opiate-like drugs (such as Tramadol) lower testosterone with chronic use, making even more difficult to achieve and maintain an erection.

Anyway, Viagra is worth a shot. Swiy can get the stuff online pretty easily. There are alternatives to Viagra as well which may be worth looking into.

Let us know if swiy attempts this combo. Someone should look into possible drug interactions though. I will later if I have time.

SWiM combines the two all the time, he has had no problems from it so far, and he enjoys it very much

Yes, that's what I t h i n k! SWiM uses at least 400mg of tramadol and 75-100mg viagra each time and has nothing but good to say about it. His friends does call him reckless thou, but that's nothing new and SWiM considers his friends morons. SWiM has been using this combo for years, he is 27 now and still alive

Just the 200mg of viagra is fun it really works...
