Swim would eat a high calorie meal, if swim could gag one down that is. Lots of water. But most of all, SLEEP!!!!!!

Deadheadred is right, the vast majority of amphetamines negative effects are the result in failure to upkeep one's self. When you choose not to sleep, you can't also not eat, or wash, or do any of the other daily necessities that are so easy to neglect.

Not that, doing so will make you come out of a binge squeeky clean, the best way to do that is to not take multi-day binges. If you do, make sure you can schedule down time afterwards. Know that you will spend the day after at home, mopey, eating fresh fruit you secured before the binge, otherwise not doing anything but resting.
