Combinations - Clonazepam + Oxycodone

SWIM was prescribed clonazepam for severe anxiety and it has done WONDERS for one he can actually go to social places and talk to people without a racing heart but One digresses. Anyway he's going to pick up a few perocet 10s(10mg oxy 325 APAP) and 10 20mg oxycontin(time release pure oxycodone). So far today one has taken slightly more than prescribed he has ingested 3mg of clonazepam and has consumed up to 5 in one sitting before the question is what would one think is a safe dose for someone with moderate opiate tolerance. He has taken 80mg at once before although it was intense but usually blows half a 40 then eats the other. SWIM was thinking just starting with 20mg. SWIM is definitely fairly experienced with opiates at this point so One is definitely no newbie to opiates and often resorts to GFJ and tagamet to get more out of his oxys. Sorry one is rambling so what would be a good starting dose for one 10 or 20 or so then work up from there?
