BBC Horizon: Why do we sleep?

A new entry has been added to File Archive

Description:
Really interesting documentary that should be interesting to all psychonauts and people interested in altered states of consciousness. That is, afterall, what sleeping is.

Also contains some interesting information on the meaning of dreams, the role they play in our lives, and interesting material on lucid dreaming and how to take control of your dreams and excercise the unbounded potential of the human mind.

This is part one of six, the other five parts can be seen on youtube. The last part (about lucid dreaming) is in my opinion the most interesting, though the rest is certainly worth a watch.
