Comedown - Strange head pulsations after taking MDMA and mystery drug

4 days ago, SWIM went to a rave and consumed 1/4 gram of MDMA at around 12.00PM and another 1/4 at 2.00AM, making 1/2 in total.
SWIM has taken this MD before, it is from a trusted dealer, and previously it has given SWIM a great high. And sure enough for the next 3-4 hours SWIM felt on top of the world,
Then at around 4.30 -5.00AM SWIM stupidly consumed 1/3 of a gram of an unknown substance. SWIM only did this because he was already so high and feeling invincible, and will never do it again. SWIMs friend told him it was MDMA, yet it was bought for a surprisingly low price, SWIM later found out. Also, it was a weird brown colour, made up of very small crystals.
The 1/3 gram of this did little for SWIM, it didnt really bring him up and so he assumes it was rubbish.
Over the next couple of days SWIM felt really low, depressed and paranoid, which even a spliff couldnt calm. Yesterday SWIM felt so bad he could barely get up, and last night, SWIM got stupidly paranoid and scared.
But what is really bothering SWIM is that last evening he has been getting this strange pulsating in his brain, that has now, as he is writing this lasted almost 24 hours. Its like a tiny head rush, and comes about in varying speeds and strengths. It happens once every 10-15 seconds or so, but sometimes happens 4 times in a row. It seems to happen at random. WHen it happens SWIM feels a strange feeling of stretching in the back of his head, and a ringing sound in his ears comes. Last night it was so strong SWIM couldnt get to sleep because he woke up every time this pulsation kicked in.
SWIM is very worried about what this is, and would like to know if anyone knows either what this dodgy brown substance was (as SWIM is sure this caused it) and what if anyone else has experienced this or knows what it is

SWIM thinks it has to do with the fact that SWIY consumed 500mg of MDMA. No one can know for sure what it was, MDMA crystals can be different colors. Assuming it was MDMA, I don't think at that point any more would boost you back up, just make you crash harder.

Its true, SWIM will not make the same mistake again. Its just SWIM knows what crashing is like, and he has never had this weird head thing

Swim has had this weird head thing also, at the time it freaked swim out and did make him paranoid, thinking all sorts of crazy things were wrong with him. However in time this passed, i would suggest as hard as it sounds trying not too think about it and it'll probably go.
