methadone maintnece question
swimm is on MMt. doseage is at 65mgs. swim feels realy good absolute fine in the morning on his dose but around 3-4 oclock he gets a mood fall has to take a bunch of tylenol. swim is getting an dose increase to 75mg. the quesion is this: swim wants the methadone to last longer but doesn't want to be over sedated during morning. does anybody have experience with this. will it last longer or just the same with more sedation involved. please help if u have experoence or know somebodys results on this quetion
