++++ Psychedelic experience? From what drug?

Who has had a ++++ experience and off ofwhat drugs?


SWIM has hadd one off of LSD and one only. I couldn't find a forum that was for all drugs and I assume that most ++++ experiences are from LSD but that is just from my knowledge. SWIM has had +++ experiences off of other drugs, but not ++++ like off of LSD. For this reason LSD is swims favorite drug, and SWIM thinks it will take him to ++++ again. 2c-i has come close but still not ++++. 2c-e has come close also, but no cigar.

The only drug-induced ++++ I've had is from ecstasy. I think ++++ is not uncommon the first few times someone takes ecstasy.

Extasy LSD and 5-MEO-AMT, And DPT. Uncontrollable experiences I'll never forget.

I've had ++++ from LSD, Mushrooms, and Ecstasy/2C-B combo. They're all amazing but different. LSD is the most overwhelming (I can't imaging doing it in a public place) the other two slighty more manageable but still fantastic (obviously).


I actually reckon you can get a ++++ off any drug if your mindset is at the right point.

++++ is the term Shulgin uses to describe a drug-induced spiritual state. The crucial thing about a ++++ is that it can't be created by simply taking a high-enough dose of a certain drug. It can happen at almost any time, on any dose, and is far more dependent on the mental state of the individual. However as nobody really knows what that mental state is, it tends to happen completely unexpectedly, and is therefore all the more precious for it.

could occer on other psychedelic drugs, im just not very experienced

Had one on DMT, without a doubt the best experience in my life, though I am unable to remember most of it.

The only ++++ I've ever been able to reach was with PCP, but that is a bit of a different character than with most others. 5-meo-DMT has come real close. I think a +4 is a rare occurance, and most of the claims you'll hear of it really don't count.

I've had one ++++ experience with shrooms: half a portion of fresh
Copelandia Cyanenscens (Hawaiians) and half a portion of Columbians
(plus a shit load of other stuff earlier on in the day: booze, weed,
coke and herbal Es). I am utterly convinced that I experienced the
highest degree of euphoria, physical pleasure and enlightenment that is
humanly possible. The first few Es I did were incredible, but I don't
think E could ever get you to this level. Everything appeared to have
infinite depth, colours exploded into rainbow like fractals and strange
coloured vortexes appeared before my eyes, thought and sight were the
same and I was quite literally overcome with some inexplicable force
that bound everything together. It was like all of my senses were on
overdrive and suddenly EVERYTHING made sense. I felt connected to
everything around me. Basic objects lost their meaning completely and
even my friend's ashtray became a beautiful life giving force. At one
point, despite the lights being on full, it made no difference whether
our eyes were open or closed. Time lost all its meaning completely. I
felt as if every second I was exploring some new unchartered worlds.
All of those fears and complications in my mind melted away as I became
fully aware of my potential and what mental blocks were preventing me
from fulfilling my potential....



Anyway ... words could never do justice to a ++++ experience, they are
so very personal. It was absolutely awesome and I'm pissed that I
haven't had another ++++ since. Maybe it's time to stop ...

Mmm not sure. The ++++ definitely has to have a SPIRITUAL element to it. I frequently get ego-loss but that's definitely not a ++++ for me. I guess a definition might be that you're in direct contact with something very much greater than yourself - could be defined as God, the Universe, the Source, or however you want to term it. Extreme euphoria and pleasure on its own isn't really a ++++ no matter how good it might feel.

Salvia. It made me unaware of my own existence. I could still see, and my other senses PROBABLY did function; but it was just plain meaningless. I think that was a ++++.

This is true for evry drug because they all meen so much to me they have their own attached memories there all ++++ and they all = good saying one time is better than an other is taking away from what it meens that each time is unto itself and that its perfect in every way at the axact moment

I tried very interesting combo 5-meo-mipt+MDMA+weed.Damn that was the best trip I've ever had.10 hours with pure euphoria and incredible patterns and colors.I don't have words to describe that world i was exploring...

SWIM thinks that people too loosely through around this term. Many people like to say they have had a ++++ experience but don't actually have one.


If you have one, you will know. If you are thinking "SWIY is having a ++++" while still on the drug, you are not having one.


SWIM has had one ++++ and that was off of two massive rips of DMT. The world melted away and I saw the most beautiful city -- whatever it was -- he has ever seen. SWIM will go back.


MDMA is a magical chemical but not purely psychedelic enough to produce a full blown ++++, in SWIM's opinion.Edited by: Sklander

Sklander, I think you're a little hard on the others. The problem with defining a ++++ moment is two-fold: (1) If you've never had one, you don't know HOW INTENSE it is, and (2) Many people feel a Blast of Bliss, which is part of the definition, and don't even know what the rest of definition means.


Shadistic had a Blissful time: "10 hours with pure euphoria." If this isn't a ++++ time (and maybe it isn't), it's pretty darn close.


And Ramjet seemed to be having a Good time himself: "I experienced the highest degree of euphoria, physical pleasure and enlightenment that is humanly possible." If this isn't ++++, I would to like to feel it anyway.


My thought: Unless (and until) a person has a ++++, she has no concept of what a ++++ experience is. Everything I know is just what I know. Before I Tripped, I couldn't understand what Tripping was ... even though I had heard MANY stories about it.


You can never understand how it actually feels to sky-dive out of a plane at 12,000 feet, dropping like a rock, yet floating, unless you have actually jumped out of that plane.


So, if Ramjet ever has an experience which far surpasses his ++++ experience, he will realize that THIS is now a ++++ moment.


Suffice it to say: "Feeling like I have just had a fantastic moment, is ++++ to me."

SWIM had a ++++ experience once. Halfway through a 4-ho-DIPT trip SWIM got out the 20x salvia and took a big whack. some serious meditation and mental preparation were done before hand. Physical boundaries disappeared and SWIM was able to see all things as energy and become part of them. This is very hard to explain but it was a very spritual, eye opening experience. It serioulsy changed the way SWIM looks at the world.
