Effects - Inducing hallucinations.

My friend asked me to ask you guys about whether or not there is a was to make yourself have a specific type of hallucination. On my friends trips he has never been able to have any visual halluciations. He tries watching those trick eye things on youtube where it makes your vision distort but it worked the same as when he wasn't tripping. He always has tactile and sound hallucinations, and once in a while he feels he can taste music. But my friend really wants Visuals!!! Tell him whether or not there is a way.
