DXM HBr powder 99.99% pure PROBLEM

I got mine from *****************


And here's my problem: I'm used to OTC DXM cough medecine pills, which I use to take at the dose of 900mg DXM HBr which is just perfect (wonderful trip)...dxm beeing the only active ingredient in this cough medecine.


But I just tried 450mg of the pure DXM HBr I got and there was very nasty side effects: sweating, hyperthermia, I was feeling*extremely feverish and deshydrated, feeling of pressure in the head,*lots of vertigo (and this was with only 450mg, and I never get such side effects from OTC DXM pills even in 900mg dose)


Any one experimented with ************* DXM ?


How did one given dose of*this dxm*compare of the same given dose of dxm from OTC pills or sirup ?


Did you experiment such bad side effects from it (that you don't get from OTC pills)?


I cannot understand why 900mg from OTC is so pleasant while only 450mg from ********* is so unpleasant/toxic (as it's the same compound there should be no difference, and the dose was so small compared to my regular dose from OTC)...
