MDMA, Cannabis, DXM & 5-HTP = Serotonin syndrome?

So SWIM has tried this combination before but without cannabis & SWIM got intense geometrical-like hallucinations throughout the night and a great wave of euphoria..SWIM wants to know if this combination could possibly cause serotonin syndrome? if so, what substance alone is of highest risk to trigger it?
