question on storing aya
swim has a brew in his fridge. its been there for about a month. he wants to know how long it will stay active?

VERY long, dont worry about it
the only thing that might happen is fermentation, in which case it would change a bit the taste but its perfectly fine. Just boil it again before drinking for a few minutes to kill bacteria and evap any alcohol
