Do this in a dark room.
1. Powder (Hawaiian strain) HBWR seeds. 10ish is a trip. Coffee grinder, pliers, mortar and pestle
2. Spoon into a teabag and staple shut.
3. Drop into a shot of Bacardi 151, in a clean closed container.
4. Shake Well for 1-2h
5. If any seed powder comes through into the alcohol, strain again through a teabag (or maybe a coffee filter), onto a glass plate.
6. Put beneath a ceiling fan or use a fan to blow across the plate. It should dry overnight.
7. Scrape up with a card and dose sublingual.
