Combinations - Valium & MDMA?

Just wondering if anyones tried this and would this be a good mix?

The valium practically ends the MDMA experience, most swimmers use it to sleep at the end of the night..

Valium seems to slow the heart down where obviously MDMA speeds it up, I'm not a doctor but that seems a little dangerous. Granted Swim has taken substance such as Alprazolam which is also a Benzodiazepine to get some sleep as the previous poster stated but Swim doesnt beleave that it would be wise or recreational to combine the two...

That would be a waste of MDMA. Valium would negate most of the inserting effects, as other posters suggested.

Swim's friend disagrees with the above, he has used V's for comedown, which is great, but a few v's and a slightly increased dose of E/MD with it can be a really melow friendly, loved up, trippy experience, used to be one of SWIMS favourite combo's, many moon's ago.

swim agrees!!! but swim also has no choice, as swim takes 1-2mg's of Alprazolam daily for swims anxiety......swim had tried mdma before ever touching benzos, and finds the experiences more euphoric and pleasurable with this combo!!!!!!!!

Aprazolam or Diazepam tend to neutralize the MDMA stimulating effect. they are mainly consumed in the comedown. Diazepam is used for his sedative action.

well swim's guess is that due to the fact that swim is used to aprazolam to control anxiety, swim doesnt feel it takes away from stimulation...just keeps swim from getting nervous or anxious....

yeah at best it would dull the high. Swim takes benzos for panic and has noticed even when she takes it the night before it takes more MDMA to get high because of it.
