Over cooked, Burnt San Pedro
Swims friend was cooking San Pedro according to Erowids method, a 13 inch san pedro, a little slim though, everything was going fine until he fell asleep and must have bumped the cook temp from low simmer to med, which when swim awoke, he found it mostly cooked dry, swim freaked and poured water into the pan, he then scraped everything off the bottom and let it simmer for another 3 hours with adding water when needed. Swim then drained the pedro through a shirt and stored in frig. The juice is brown.
Is the pedro juice any good? Also on a side note, if it is good, once taken how long till it kicks in? and if swim only takes 1/3 will swim feel anything? like maybe a nice light trip throughout the day, swim wanted to know if it would and then swim could take it here and there to just enjoy his day, but still function. |
