cold water extraction how much codeine is lost?

hiya
iv'e searched everywhere but cant find an answer swim was wondering how much codeine is lost in a cold water extraction?
swim wants a roughly 350mg dose but swim doesnt want to go over this as swim get itchies and nausea.
but if swim uses exactly 350mg worth of pills he allways loses a bit and doesnt get a very good dose.so swim was wondering roughly how much codeine is lost in a cwe?
swims usualy procdure is crush up pills dissolve in water and just pour into pre wetted filtter then run some more water through collected gunk in the fillter
