codeine inhibters

hiya
swim needs some advice swim has been a codeine addict for about a year now swims usual dose is about around the 400mg mark lately swim hasnt got no effects despite repeated tollerance breaks.swim is prescribed mitrazepine 15mg which is an anit depresant and sedativve and prpranolol which is a beta blocker so swim was wondering could they be stopping the codeine from working?
