washing propylhexedrine powder with isopropyl alcohol?
SWIM recently ordered a large quantity of inhalers to extract propyhexedrine from. He hears that after doing the simple HCL/dH2O extraction that the powder is still tainted with lavender oil. He also hears that lavender oil is soluble in alcohol, but propylhexedrine is not. So would washing the extracted product down with some rubbing alcohol be effective? SWIM was thinking to just mix it in with the powder and let it settle, and then remove the alcohol layer with an eyedropper and reclean with some dH20 and revaporate. Would this work theoretically?
