Drug info - 80mg over a day?

SWIM was offered a couple of Adderall 20mg XR, 4 total. Swim opened a capsule and chewed the contents in the morning and took another in the afternoon. SWIM liked the effects and took another 2 capsules in the same form of ingestetion at around 9pm. SWIM knows he will probably not sleep tonight but is wondering if this was too much of a dose for someone who doesnt do meth/amps other than when they are in ecstasy tablets that SWIM consumes.

I felt a cramping in my legs late at night and a friend of SWIM told him he should take some salt and drink more water. SWIM had not been drinking enough fluids.

Other than the cramping SWIM feels great with no other side effects other than jaw clenching.

Never experienced the leg cramps but swim takes in excess of 100mg of adderal all at once on occasion........No problem, I don't know how much of this stuff it would take to OD but I think it would be quite a lot...

definitly plan on not sleeping. also for swim his body eventually felt horrible (kept redosing to keep up tho for school, etc.) but kept going without problems. Not much you can do, just next time try a lower dose.

swim understands the cramping. when swim went on all night binges his hand muscles would physically, almost, suck in. if one were to see this when it was happening to swim they'd freak out. amphetamines cause involuntary muscle contractions in some. although swim has not read this anywhere, he can conclude from his own experience and some others.

Red Rock used to get cramping all the time in his hands and especially his feet and legs when using high dosages of amphetamines. This also happened when he was on DOC and DOI. He thinks this is from not drinking enough water and being dehydrated.

my sisters bf was snorting over 80mg in a night with kpins and didnt really get any neg outcome from it. although hes prescribed it for adhd. was up all night and day but crashed for like 14 hours after.

Out of curiosity, what made you take that much?

One fine Tuesday afternoon, SWIM found he had a few hours of downtime between his various academic/extracurricular responsibilities that usually consume all of his waking day. The previous night, he hadn't slept as there had been a paper for him to write, and he had tried insufflating his adderall for the first time (what a rush!). So, at this point in time, he was without sleep for over 24 hours, and most certainly malnourished over that period of time. SWIM has heard it said that the anorectic effects of adderall diminish over time, but finds that five months after starting his script, appetite suppression is as strong as day one!

Anyway, short story long, SWIM decides to go bowling for an hour or so to kill the time, since a nap would have been DISASTROUS for the responsibilities SWIM had later that evening. After six games, he was surprised at how fatigued his right arm and left leg felt. These effects were amplified the following morning, and SWIM was walking with a bit of a limp from the muscular discomfort he was feeling. SWIM reasoned that that is what happens when he does something even mildly physically demanding after little sleep or calorie intake.

For your leg, SWIM would suggest skipping the salt and just drinking a few tall glasses of water and possibly eating something rich in protein....powerbars are key to SWIM when he goes on his mini-binges.

swim notices that if he sits still for a long time while on adderall, however he accomplishes it, that when he moves he feels pretty stiff, but after drinking some water and walkin around some, hes back on his feet and ready to pack heat

Swim gets leg cramps sometimes too. Usually at high doses or while laying down. But swim has snorted 100mg without any side effects too.

SWIY should be fine. SWIM ingested 100mg today because they didnt feellike tweaking too hard but still getting good.
