Remembering a DMT trip
One of the most common complaints with DMT is that the trip is hard to remember.
After doing some research, I came to the realization that this problem might be caused by a natural increase in serotonin after a trip to help the brain restore normal consciousness. That being said I wonder if there is a possible additive or other drug that could be added to help inhibit high levels of serotonin from interfering, during and after a trip. I heard the an ayahuasca trip generally doesn't exhibit this side effect as much as the smoked crystalline form. Could this possibly be a result of the MAOI's interfering with serotonin levels? Please post about any experiences where techniques or added substances were used to help retain a memory of the trip. |
