What is the best way to USE kratom ?

Hey everyone I am kind of new to kratom and me and my friend have been doing it for like the past week now. And it seems that every method we try is that great of an idea. I mean we mixed it with tea, put it in applesauce, mixed it with hot chocalate and it seems as none of those ways ever gets the horrible chalky taste of the kratom out of your mouth. So I was wondering if anyone knew the best thing to do with it and how much should we use each time. Thank you and have a great day.
