Ayahuasca brew

Hello.
I decided to cook some ayahuasca with mhrb and syrian rue in 1 liter water + 9% acetic acid 5.5ml (teaspoon+) and if my calculations are good enough the water ph will become 3,43. I know it should be between 3 and 4. Please reply and correct me if im wrong. MANY THANXXX
