if you snort or smoke it what are you capable of doing at the 1 minute, 5 minute, 20 minute, hours marks?

If you IV it do tell as well but I assume the effects are a lot stronger correct?

SWIM has always snorted or smoked it, and he is always capable of doing any physical activity, there has only been one or two times in SWIM's life where he was unable to drive because of being too doped out, and that was only after doing copious amounts over a heinous number of days. Seriously, unless you're on a hellbent binge, you really just need to focus and you can do anything a sober person can.

it's really fuckign mild.....if you want to get wasted, get pissed, or drop a shitload of acid.

On gear, be it smoked or shot, I can function completely normally, unless i've done a shitload, in which case i might need to wait 20 minutes until i can function again.

It's very addictive, but essentially, very mild in its' effects

It's just when you say heroin to people they think of a high higher than high can be......when in actual fact, it's really very mild compared to other drugs...

Thats the tricky thing about gear, you can smoke it all day and go about your business. Completely different to being addicted to K, but hey, even that can be worked around when you are a daily user with a high tolerance.

SWIM finds opiates, even heroin, slightly invigorating. If SWIM snorts a good line or two, he feels refreshed, ready to tackle the world around him. Of course, is SWIM snorts a lot, his head feels clouded and feels like nodding off. Shooting for SWIM is a whole different ball game. A strong rush makes the entire body throb and pulsate. Lasts a few minutes, with the peak for SWIM coming at the one-minute mark. Then there's an afterglow which is more comparable, for SWIM, to the effects felt when snorting.

Yeah, Swie would agree with the above posts - it's easy to function relatively normally unless you're on a real binge.

However, Swie has found herself in awkward situations now and then. She was out for dinner with some friends last Wednesday (only one of them knows about her heroin use). She hadn't done all that much but for some reason found herself nodding out really badly. The funny thing was that as long as no-one was actually talking to her she was fine, but as soon as someone started trying to hold a conversation with her, her eyes got really heavy and started rolling back into her head as she fought to keep them open, giving the impression that she simply found everyone extremely boring. One guy said, 'Are you okay? You don't look okay." For some reason Swie thought this was hilarious and started laughing. I think it just added to their suspiscions that she was taking the piss. Ah well.
