SWIM can help with the euphoria making SWIY feel better with the pain. SWIM does not have good days but would like not to have a bad day. The euphoria simply makes SWIM's feel even better so the pain is lessened.
Treating Heroin addiction is different. Usually a liquid right? They can make that time released. Tabs are not, maybe the 40mg. wafer is time released but SWIM never had that. Oxymorphone does not impress SWIM like hydromorphone but it is the only way to get away from the methadone. YUCK! Hydromorphone is OK sent direct and immediatly but not awesome but as SWIM has said warm and fuzzy went away years ago. Good luck.
