Unless swiy is a chemist there aren’t really any ways of telling if the heroin is real.
Smell, texture and taste may give an experienced user some idea as to its authenticity, but even then it’s pretty much a guess.
With brown (no3) Heroin and Mexican tar it can be tested and tasted by smoking it on tin foil.

If swiy is not sure whether or not it is real heroin then maybe it’s best left and avoided.

no real way of knowing it's real until you try some, but if it looks like normal dope (if you have seen it before) then you should be able to tell. However, I'm assuming that you only ask because you don't know, and so that probably doesn't help. Scent may be a way to tell, good dope usually smells very sour, like vinegar, and acidic.

But really, the only way to tell if its psychoactive is to ingest it. And there isn't a real way to know exactly what it is, if it's heroin or another opioid. Sorry I can't help much
