Are dried vented poppy pods still worth arranging? Swim knows someone who has some but they have no seeds due to the vents on the pods. Are they worth anything?

They likely could be... If they aren't too old and have been dried properly and looked after well. The "vents" were probably just used to remove the seeds. There is still many things worth trying. If they aren't rotten and moldy give'er!
