Methadone "blind taper"

Swim was readinf some thread in here about a guy who as "blind tapered" at his clinic and swim really likes the idea of that. Cause youd still have somewhat the placebo effects of it and then when you come of it completely and there like yeah youve been off it for the last month, it seems like that would be a huge confidence booster.

Swims question is it just a select few number of clinics that do this? Cause i mean you cant ask them to or that would take away the effects of i cause you would know.
