Anxiety and depersonalsation

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has become really anxious following x abuse? I had a heavy month in december and have since been really anxious alot of the time and get stints of depersonalization, where I feel really spaced out and dettached from the world. feel like ive lost alot of my personalble characteristics etc. I sometimes worry that im damaged although I have come to realise that its propably all anxiety based.....
anyone experienced this and does it go away and discontinuation of takinge?
its shit - although I think I probably had a pre-disposition to this type of symptoms it has never been like this before - think x must have aggrevated it.
any info appreciated,
