ADD, memory. Is this a good stack?

SWIM was diagnosed with ADD, and slight memory problems. Is this a decient stack? (SWIM proposed this to his psychologist/psychiatrist)

Piracetam
Alpha GPC
B-Complex vitamin (B6, B12, B3, folic acid, etc.)
