Ibuprofen and Paracetamol to get Codeine'ed

Hey,

I've moved back in with my parents recently, making CWE a not so easy task to carry out given that my mother acts like a direct descendant of Hitler.

I've also been stressed out lately, what with moving back in due to various reasons and have been popping three Nurofen Plus and 2 co-codamol to get me around 55mg of codeine - enough to chill me out seeing as I appear to be quite sensitive to opiates.

3 x Nurofen Plus = 600mg of Ibuprofen. Not exactly a killer amount seeing as my doctor prescribed me 500mg pills when I had a knee issue.

2 x Co-codamol = 1000mg of Paracetamol (acetaminophen) - a standard dose.

Is this damaging? Given that both are relatively standard doses, everything I've found on google isn't exactly OTC abuser friendly - it's all about taking them for pain relief and taking them 2 hours apart etc. I just pop them all at once.

Anyone with knowledge, it'd be helpful.

Thanks
