Detection time for single use in an infrequent cannabis user?
Ok so SWIM knows the simple answer according to Erowid it is 1-6 days for a single use. But SWIM is wondering can anyone here prove this? IE have you passed a test 5-7 days after smoking? SWIM has not smoked in months, at least 5 and he also has a very fast metabolism. He would like to smoke this weekend which would allot 15 days before he is tested, SWIM knows that should be more than enough time but he likes to be super careful as a lot rides on this test. Any input?

Re: Detection time for single use in an infrequent cannabis user?
Red Rock passed a drug test when he smoked cannabis and he hadn't smoked in over a year. He took two bong hits and then had a drug test 3 days later and passed. He always thought of himself as having slow metabolism and whatnot but maybe with cannabis he is different.

Re: Detection time for single use in an infrequent cannabis user?
SWIM smoked heavily for a about 2 years(medical use of cannabis) then quit for a month and tested clean after 3 weeks. Recently he tested clean the next day, after smoking an 1/8 on the weekend, then taking 3 bong hits the day before the test. He is currently taking lamactil(lamotrigine) and nuerontin (gabapentin) for his medical conditions. He has also tested clean after 1 day for large opiate(couple hundred mg's oxycodone) and stimulant(a couple hundred mg's of methlyphenidate) binges. Recently it took him about 11 days(from last day of use) to get clean from about 200mg of diazepam.
Hope this helps. |

Re: Detection time for single use in an infrequent cannabis user?
Oxycodone, a synthetic opiate, is sometimes not tested for on a normal screen. It costs extra usually. Same with methylphenidate.
Swim has passed a drug test after smoking the night before. This does happen but is not normal. 15 days is safe for single use. |

oxycodone has a very short half life also though...compared to most opiates.
