Methadone with the flu

So yesterday i layed down in bed at around non since i wasnt feeling good. Sore throat and headache. Next thing i knew i was out. I slept pretty much all day and then i couldnt get to sleep when it came nighttime. So i tossed and turned in bed all night and had a 103 dg fever and shit. So this morning i wasnt sure if i wanted to take my methadone or not cause i didnt know if it would have and adverse side effects cause of the lack of sleep and the flu.

Well i decided to take it and i just did it a second ago. Im wondering if anyone knows if this was a bad idea?

hmm. I actually feel better. Aside from the chills theres no more flu symptoms, besides a somewhat itchy throat. I hope it lasts all day, i was feeling like straight shit before
